Sisay Luangmonda, known online as Bao Mo Khaen and Mr. Khaen, was a Laotian human rights activist. Known for his criticisms of the ruling Lao People's Revolutionary Party, which he largely made on a public Facebook page, Sisay was forcibly disappeared on 14 February 2026; his body was found six days later in a rural area near Vientiane.
